Orders and payment
A 50% deposit confirms your order and holds your date. The balance is due three days before collection or delivery. Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before your date.
Allergens
Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and soya. We can leave ingredients out of a cake, but we cannot promise it is free from traces.
Collection and delivery
Cakes are collected from the studio at the agreed time. Once a cake has been collected or delivered, it is your responsibility to store and transport it carefully.
Privacy
We only use your details to make and deliver your cake and to reply to you. We never sell or share them. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time.

Most cakes need 5 days’ notice. Weekends in spring and December book up first.
